Former writers and editors of The Onion have created ThingX. They have a feature where they ask you to drive to a sketchy studio apartment in LA, offer you stale organic almonds and an unsealed Poland Spring water bottle while asking you random questions. Here’s what happened when I sat down with ThingX.tv for ThinkX. It was really fun.

In 2009, I asked MTV for a substantial amount of money to pay for 13 episodes of a comedy web show me and my friends created late one night. Much to our surprise they actually gave us money and, even more surprising, we didn’t just run off with their money. We created Damien’s Other Show for MTV.com.
